Product Availability

While we strive to ensure that all products listed on our website and in our showroom are available for purchase, there may be instances when artwork is out of stock or unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives or the option to place a backorder.

Pricing

  1. Listed Prices: All prices on Hugtopin’s website and in the showroom are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change without prior notice. Prices reflect the cost of the artwork itself and do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or any other charges.
  2. Taxes: Sales tax will be applied to orders based on the applicable tax rate in the shipping destination. The tax rate will be calculated at checkout.
  3. Promotions and Discounts: Hugtopin may occasionally offer promotions or discounts on select products. These offers are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice. Promotional pricing does not apply to previous purchases.

  2. Delivery Time: Standard shipping delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days within the U.S. International shipping may take longer. For expedited shipping, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier.
  3. Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Hugtopin is not liable for any delays, lost, or misdirected packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

International Sales

For international customers, the following additional conditions apply:

  1. Customs Duties and Taxes: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country’s customs authorities.
  2. International Shipping Rates: International shipping rates will be provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, it is generally not possible to cancel it. However, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you contact us immediately. You must notify Hugtopin of any damages within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide clear photos of the damage, and we will offer a replacement or full refund, as per our Refund and Return Policy.

Custom Orders

For custom or commissioned artwork, we require a deposit upon order confirmation, and the remaining balance is due upon completion before shipment. Custom artwork is non-returnable and is subject to the terms outlined in the Custom Artwork Policy.

Limitations of Liability

Hugtopin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any artwork purchased through our website or showroom. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the artwork purchased.
