Hugtopin Refund and Return Policy

At Hugtopin, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your artwork, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

We accept returns on artwork under the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: The artwork must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. It should be in its original packaging (if possible), along with any certificates or documentation that came with it.
  3. Exclusions: Custom or personalized artwork and sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hugtopin.com or call (513) 847-1759. Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Your order number.
  • The artwork(s) you wish to return.
  • A reason for the return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address if applicable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the artwork was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned artwork and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned artwork.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • If the return does not meet the above conditions (e.g., item is damaged or used), we may deny the refund or charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please notify us of any damages or errors within 7 days of receiving the artwork. To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number and detailed photos of the damage or incorrect item.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your artwork for a different piece, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Artwork: Any personalized or custom-commissioned artwork.
  • Sale or Discounted Items: Artwork purchased at a discounted price or during a promotional sale is final sale.
  • Gift Cards: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for gift cards.
